  • I struggled with urge incontinence for years and had no idea I could one day live leak free. 10 years later I put the pieces together of my issues being rooted in old ACL reconstructions. Through LOTS of release work (internally and around my pelvis) and exposure therapy I can confidently say I haven’t peed my pants in a very long time.

    This debilitating issue is the reason I went into pelvic health and I have no shame in sharing because it helped me truly appreciate how interconnected our body and history of injuries is.
